Use the contact form or call us directly. Tell us the property address, the relevant date, and the trigger for the valuation (CGT, deceased estate, SMSF, former home, or retrospective). We will confirm the fixed fee and turnaround time within one business day.

Provide your documentation

Once you confirm the engagement, we will ask you to provide a small amount of documentation. This typically includes the property address, the valuation date, and any relevant background information. No site visit is required.

Receive your report

Unlike a traditional valuation, our reports are completed entirely using publicly available data and the information you provide. There is no need to arrange access to the property, no inspection, and no delay waiting for a valuer to visit.

This approach is consistent with the ATO's requirements for retrospective valuations, which are based on comparable sales evidence from the relevant period rather than a physical inspection of the property at the current date.
